FAQ
How long does it take to receive my merch? Our products are made to order and typically ship within 2–5 business days after production (which usually takes 3–7 business days). Please allow up to 12 business days total for delivery depending on your location.
What’s your return policy on merch? We only offer returns or replacements for damaged, misprinted, or defective items within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us with photos and your order number. Note: Because each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns for size, fit, or change of mind.
How do I work with you? Fill out the contact form or book a discovery call. No idea is too small. Whether you're starting fresh or refining your brand, we’ll guide you step by step.
Do you work with clients outside of Michigan? Absolutely. Deft works remotely with creatives and companies worldwide.
How long does a branding project take? Depending on the scope: Brand refresh: 2 weeks Full brand identity: 4–8 weeks Merch or content add-ons: 2–3 weeks
What if I don’t know exactly what I want yet? No problem! We'll guide you through creative exercises to unlock your style, tone, and brand vibe. You don’t need all the answers. Just a vision we can explore together.
Do you offer payment plans? Yes, most projects can be split into milestones or monthly payments. No refunds after design work begins, but we're transparent every step of the way.
Do you sponsor or collaborate with others? We’re always open to meaningful collabs. Especially in art, music, comedy, or social causes. Let's talk!
Will I own the files when the project is done? Yes. You’ll receive the final files (PNG, JPG, PDF.) Plus brand assets and a usage guide. Licensing terms are included in your contract.
